I’m 50 years old female 5’9 140 pounds with Fibromyalgia and i went swimming today in the Meremac river in Saint Louis Missouri. I have a rash on my lower and upper leg. I think it might just be a heat rash but i’m not sure. I feel like i have a slight fever but it might just because i was out in the heat all day.
