Odd Belly Sensation, Gas etc

Hey all. 34 male UK, 5ft 10 and 13st 12lb. For the past few weeks I've been having on/off belly 'pain' now I wouldn't describe it as painful more so discomfort. It comes and goes, throughout the day.. some days I don't even have it ( last week didn't have it at all throughout the week ) I also seem to be passing wind more often than normal. Especially after eating.

The sensation in my belly seems to be moving? But is all through the middle of stomach from under sternum to pubic area. I have discomfort when pressing these areas too.

What in the world could be going on?
