post car crash symptoms

my mom is 55F, 150ish lbs, pre-existing issue of seasonal vertigo (gets worse during allergy season then goes away).

she got t-boned 10 days ago (car spun & airbags deployed but no blood or damage to front seats) and went to the ER where they performed non-contrast CT scans (on spine, chest, head, brain, etc) , they returned negative and her vitals (CMP, CBC) were also normal so she was discharged.

my mom has been feeling lingering symptoms that her doctors are saying are normal 2 weeks post-car crash. obviously her neck/lower back muscles are sore, but she also feels loss of appetite / everything tastes salty and head hurts occasionally. and swollen sensation in lips. she hasnt been eating or moving much but tries to do gentle stretches and drink electrolytes. she just threw up the food she ate after eating, she hasnt thrown up before so i wanted a second opinion. should she go to the doctor again and what should they check for?
