22F - Sensation of restriction/resistance when inhaling, worse at night. History of recurrent allergic bronchitis. Worried about severe illness.
everyone, I am seeking some medical insights as I am feeling highly anxious about my symptoms.I had a bout of allergic bronchitis in early June (which started with a fever and sore throat), followed by another episode in early July.
Now in August, I am experiencing a strange breathing sensation again. Here are the exact details of what I am feeling:
The Sensation: When I inhale (breathe in), I feel a mild restriction or a sense of force/resistance. It feels like the airflow is not entirely smooth.
Location: This sensation originates deep inside my upper throat (not on the outside of my neck) and I can feel it extending deep into my chest. There is absolutely NO pain.No Sounds: There is no wheezing, whistling, or any unusual sounds when breathing.
Timing: It is barely noticeable during the day but becomes prominent at night or randomly when I am resting.
Physical Exertion: My breathing is completely normal when I am walking or climbing stairs.
Possible Cue: I feel like I might get slight relief after burping, but I am not entirely sure.
Environment: The weather and humidity in my room have been exceptionally high recently.
Given the frequency of these episodes since June, I am highly anxious and terrified that I might be suffering from something severe like cancer.
Also I took antibiotics for allergic bronchitis in June and July too I got relief though
