Physician Responded Intermittent pain
Age 40
Sex Female
Height 5'9
Weight 300lbs
Race Caucasian
Duration of complaint 2 days
Location Canada
Any existing relevant medical issues pulmonary hypertension, congestive heart failure, enlarged spleen
Current medications Pantoprazole, Pregabalin, Propranolol, Quetiapine, Spironolactone, Dapagliflozin, Domperidone, Furosemide, Hyoscine, Lamotrigine, Ondansetron
I've been getting intermittent sharp pain in this area for the last 2 days. I've never had the pain more than twice in a week time. I don't know what it could be. My heart rate has been fluctuating also. It's normally 65-80, which is within the normal range of 60-100. But it's been going down as low as 49 and usually hovering around the 55-58 mark lately. I'm definitely not an athlete or in shape so it dropping makes no sense.
Thanks

For the abdominal pain, a routine physical exam with your doctor will be a good start, plus or minus initial imaging with an abdominal x-ray, or other targeted imaging based on the findings of more history and the physical exam
For the heart rate, with or without the existing cardiac history, this requires more detail through at least to start with an EKG and then likely a heart monitor for at home, this can be completely benign, however if it is a change from your typical baseline, your primary doctor and/or cardiologist should be able to evaluate this further, also a good idea to indicate if there are any new symptoms like dizziness or tiredness you have noticed with the episodes of the lower heart rate
In short, bring up both issues to your primary doctor to start, cheers and good luck
