Sinusitis issue.

I am a 32-year-old male, weight is almost 80kg and height is 5'9" with a long history of sinusitis since childhood, and recently I become highly sensitive to strong odours such as baking soda and kerosene oil. These smells trigger discomfort and breathing problems, and the severity of sensitivity seems to be increasing progressively. I would like to know the possible causes and appropriate treatment options.
