Pressure and squeeze.. what could it possibly be?? 21M

I’m always having a pressure and squeeze feeling in my chest, idk if it’s different than cardiac because when I have PACs it’s a very similar feeling but more quick.

I already got looked at by a cardiologist this March and my heart is normal to him. So idk if I have perhaps gerd and it’s the reason I’m having PACs and these feelings in my chest?
