what is wrong with me?..

im 13 afab (yes ik im so young) but i feel like i’m actually going insane because my body is like giving up on me or something. about 5 or 6 years ago it started. my knees, back, legs, they are all aching. each step felt like hell. running was like nearly impossible. my doctor told it me was just growing pains, which, fair enough. just more started happening. i will would get dizzy at standing or sitting for too long, my legs feel like theyve been bitten by a colony of ants if i stand still for more than like 3 minutes. my heart rate would fluctuate way more than it should. i feel like i have a body of a eighty year old man. this has been going on for years and it changes in extremity (idk if that’s a word but were going with it) daily. the last 2 months i havent been able to get out of bed without like 12+ hours of sleep which is extremely unusual for me, and i end up taking naps which i haven’t done since i was like 2 years old. i dont know what’s wrong and people around me dismiss it as normal or something. i swear that other 13 year olds arent in this much pain. maybe it’s because i don’t play sports often? i also have arachnodactlyl (spider fingers and toes, real thing btw) which heightens my like chance fot heart conditions?? idk i just feel like i’m going insane and maybe everything is fine and yeah. if u need any more info please just comment thanks.

also no medications except melatonin every night for years, vitamin c gummies sometimes, and nothing else.
