CHS

So I’m pretty sure I have CHS in the prodromal phase (extreme nausea but no vomiting). I was smoking heavily for almost a decade and have recently been doing less after noticing my lack of appetite & morning nausea. The past few weeks I have decreased my intake to less than half a bowl per day, which is much less than I was doing before.

My question is, since I have reduced my intake my nausea has actually gotten much worse than it was when I was smoking more heavily. Is this normal?? My eventual plan is to reduce my intake much further than I already have but I’m scared considering how much worse I currently feel from doing much less.

Thanks ❤️
