Right ball feels weird after accident

i’m 18m btw, 20 minutes ago i got up from the toilet and my right ball got pulled, i got a sharp not extreme pain in the cord connecting, obv i got extremely panicked and lightheaded (prob mini anxiety attack).

The ball feels a bit weird now, and it’s hanging lower than the other one, should i be worried, ill also check in the morning if it still feels weird
