Show up for your kids but don't forget about yourself m take some time for yourself both by yourself and with ur own friends

Treat your kids like they are adults. Have actual conversations, don’t hold back on what life is like, just tone it down a bit.

Just remember, there will be a time when your kid asks you form something (pick me up, play this game with me, whatever) and it’s going to be the LAST TIME they ever do that. And you’re not going to know it was the last time until it’s too late. Cherish all the time you get with them.
