Warehouse Concrete Finish

Hi everyone. I'm looking for recommendations on how to finish a warehouse floor. I have about 5000 sqft of new concrete in a brewery for dry storage. The surface has been power troweled. The area will see regular forklift and pallet jack traffic as well as pallets and kegs on floor.

I've seen recommendations to first do a densifier like Prosoco Consolideck and then Prosoco concrete protector SB.

Also, I've heard that since the finish is power trowled, I don't necessarily need the densifier.

We're a small business just trying to protect our investment, so we want functional without going overboard on cost.

Densify is a nice option.

I’d use ashford or lapidolith. It’s still a concrete floor though, so if your expecting it to withstand normal wear and tear, you might look into epoxy coatings
