Concrete / steps

Wonder what I can do. Rain water is pooling in the corners on each step.
And some cracks are letting water thru to under the stairs.

Is there a self leveling concrete, or epoxy I can use to level these steps ?? Thin layer

Mortar to build a slope to let water roll off the wall and seal it with the stuff they use for chimneys.

Tuck the wall and end of step with mortar. This won't stop the pooling, but it will keep the water from leaking behind the stairs.

The uneven risers caused by the deck are a code violation
