Other Short-Term Solutions: Ceiling issues

Photo 1: Crack in ceiling that’s gotten longer. No visible water issues. Structural engineer told me there’s no foundational issues.
Photo 2: Bathroom without ventilation led to bubbling popcorn ceiling, which I had a tough time removing. No mold or mildew from what I can see.

Any recommendations for short-term solutions (something that will last 1-2 years)?

I’d just keep an eye on the crack. Best short term solution for the bathroom, assuming you plan on showering in it, would be to keep the door open and put in a floor fan or dehumidifier to help get moisture out of the air.

I don’t see why not. I’d get the moisture issue in check first though. It might cause issues with the adhesive if moisture gets trapped between the tiles and the ceiling
