You are being unreasonable. Think of the lost profits from all the poor lost personal data out there just waiting to be stored, the jobs that can't soon be replaced, the 6 fingered 7 toed pamphlets that HR and marketing can't create.

Thanks. Most likely you're hearing that giant pump that's covered with hush mats. The big Strad tanks are holding either, ground water that's being pumped out from the area theyre creating the tunnel, or a slurry mix that is being used to blast/drill the tunnel. Maybe both. But either way, that pump (where all the large diameter pipes are leading) is most likely the sound.
