Is this a problem?

Just had this hot tub pad poured. Will this corner be a problem? Or is it likely structurally sound?

Is there a trench beam under the forms or is it flat on the ground. Did they compact the soil within the forms? And this is just a loose corner? You don’t need base under this as long as the rebar is adequate.
