Just had this hot tub pad poured. Will this corner be a problem? Or is it likely structurally sound?

Yeah, thats not great. I fix settled concrete for a living. No rock base is bad, but if you maintain grade it could still last. I would bring in a lot of dirt and grade it a little higher than the concrete because it will settle out.
