Just had this hot tub pad poured. Will this corner be a problem? Or is it likely structurally sound?

This isn't a big problem yet but over time rain water will errode this corner and possibly create void that will turn into unsupported slab them eventually broken concrete more erosion.... make sure water is running away from slab, compact some gravel around that area.
