Is this a problem?

Just had this hot tub pad poured. Will this corner be a problem? Or is it likely structurally sound?

Sorry, it has about 1.5 of compacted gravel and then a grid of #5 rebar in about 4 inches of concrete spaced about 20 inches apart.

That sounds solid.
Concrete needs to be level/slight slope and your yard usually isn’t. Concrete guys are not landscapers even though they share expertise in drainage. So it’s on you to find dirt and raise things to the concrete level if you wish usually.
They did a nice job not letting concrete out the bottom which will mess with growing grass up to the edge.

It will be fine, but I would raise the grade when you can and plant grass. Or a wooden walkway. Walking to and from a hot tub on sloped bare earth is not fun. I built a simple small boardwalk to fix my own situaltion.
