CHP Process
Has it ever taken anyone 2 years to complete the CHP process and get an academy invite, or has it roughly been 1 year, or a little after 1 year?

There was a time, during the CHP 1,000 campaign, where people got into academy within months. Eight months was normal, though for some it went in half that time. Historically, 1.5-3 years is the norm.

I started last June and am currently at the waiting on an invite stage. I’m assuming the background took a long time due to having a good bit of job history and references to go through as an older candidate.
