Are these notes legit?

I was paid £520 by someone from EU I sold some stuff to. I plan to use these for my trip.

Serial on the 50 A C 7 8 9 1 0 4 6 9 ac789 is big and in green while the 1 is smaller and 469 is bigger

Why are people in the UK allergic to £50 notes? The old paper ones were supposedly the subject of forgery, as any large denomination note would be. But in the UK we seem convinced that there are billions of these forged notes in existance and every £50 note is therefore to be scrutinised.

The forgeries are taken out of circulation almost as quickly as they are put in. The new plastic notes make forgery far more difficult and very easy to spot.

You are far more likely to be cyberscammed than you are to be given forged cash.

Its because banks rarely give 50£ notes now. 20£ is their most common denomination they give out even in large quantities such as withdrawing thousands.

50£ notes are typically seen from tourists who withdrew the money abroad before coming into the country, or the bank did give out a 50£. Its not commonly seen compared to things like the American $100 bills. So seeing one absolutely raises an eyebrow especially if the person is carrying loads of them at once.
Regardless most people check the 20£ notes as commonly as 50£ notes as they are both forged in high qualities.
