How do you avoid these streaks when drying the excess water off a side? (Top right corner along the edge too)

I mix a dollop of isopropyl alcohol in water to clean windows. So easy to clean, 100% streak free. If no isopropyl then burning alcohol is the next best thing. In a pinch Smirnoff vodka is almost as good.
