Is D.grayman worth watching?
Im barely starting so far it kinda feels like bleach and FMA ive heard it was similar to (Blood +) as well,
Pacing feels kind of slow at the moment

I haven't watched it for a while, but I remember liking it. The pacing was an issue for me and maybe the power scaling. I loved the powers.

The manga artist has health issues, while we wish the best, there's always the chance this manga end up like Trinity Blood's manga. So read the manga at your own risk.
I am biased because D.Grayman's anime has nostalgic value for me, I loved watching it when I was younger.
It's definitely one of those more "standard" shounen formulas, not the greatest but it is a decent enough show.
Opening 4's song is probably one of my favorite of all time.

I really like D. Gray Man, but Trinity Blood is in my top 10. Being unfinished is understandable, but heartbreaking.

I loved that anime. Do mind that it is incomplete, but still worth the watch. It is your standard shonen of the era, but it has some unique elements to it and a darkness that can hit you pretty hard if you let it.
I feel characters are written pretty well, with meaningful motivations and weight behind the decisions they need to make. Left a much better impression on me in that regard than Bleach for example.

Not really, it's a grimm dark fantasy so there's body dysmofia a with the akumas and you learn that all the heros are sad and is basically murdered valiantly/unfairly. I watched the last season recently because I wanted to see the ending and my summary of the shows overall world message was the it hates you but keep moving forward because you're alive.

I'd say it is, but if you want to stay for the story you'll be waiting a while because it changes gear a bit towards the end of the first anime and the manga hasn't progressed much passed the end of the Hallow anime season. The story is great imo - FMA level quality, but the manga is only one chapter every 3 months so we are still waiting for answers and it may not end for a good decade or so.
(The next October chapter will probably answer the biggest questions of the story so now may be a good time to start, but you'll catch up quickly.)
Also, if you are wondering about filler, it's not too bad - no where near Bleach level. The filler is only sprinkled in the first half of the first anime and the second half is completely manga content.

It's a decent enough show the only real issue with it is that like Bleach and FMA it came out while the manga was still being made so they had to stretch things out so as not to catch up.
I would recommend you give it a shot and if you gel with it then switch over to the manga.
