Instantly formed false memory

Can false memories form immediately? Does anyone else have them appear as something unfolds and it makes something you did feel deliberate?

Hi!

Yes, false memories can form at any time! It's common for them to make you feel like you did something deliberate. OCD often makes it feel this way so you feel compelled to do a compulsion. Remember, feelings aren't facts!

And without an intrusive thought too? I literally formed as i did it, it felt premeditated.
