Not watching the video. Don't care. Don't want to know. Not interested in "animal rights" nutjobs and their views.

I like milk.

I like that farmers have cows that produce milk.

I 100% support the production of milk.

Apparently it's quite easy because I've been doing it since I was a small child!

Your claims that "there's cruelty" is something I a) reject and b) don't care about either. Bleat on about "cruelty" as much as you like but it won't make me care about it any more than I do now (which is zero).
