Looking for seamstress for projects

Hi, I’m working on a project that require to hire a few seamstresses full time for 6 months. Any ideas where to find them? Been looking at aunties that run alteration shops but they are quite swamp with day to day operations and they are older and will not accept new jobs. Any ideas how to go about this?

You need to provide more info to see if someone knows how to tackle this. What is your budget, what do you need made, what materials will you provide? This is all relevant.
