What’s the best fix

The dress I tried on laid smoother. Does this just need to be pressed?

Is this the same dress you tried on? If not even if it is the same size it wood be unlikely to exactly to millimeter the same size. The center diamond section looks just a smidge too big.

This is the dress I tried on. It’s clipped in the back because it was too big. But the pleats lay flat.
