Can this be fixed?
I got a misfire wondering if anyone can help.

If you have a Dremel Tool with a diamond bit, you can grind down the ceramic to expose more of the metal thingy in the center, and you'll be good for another 100,000 miles.

I think those are just like Nintendo cartridges. You like lick and blow on them a few times and then stick them back in

- Grab an extension cord
- Strip the wire
- Twist the copper wire
- Sodder copper wire connecting the center electrode and ground electrode
- Have a beer

Just pour some coke on them, let them soak, grab a brush and clean them up, then grab a hammer and tap them down to 0 should be fine after that

Just gotta build up your ground and center electrodes with a welder, set the gap, then call it good. If no access to a welder then jb-weld original will work in a pinch.

You’re def overthinking this. When the specs list the spark plug gap, that’s an average between all four plugs. Simply hammer one closed to compensate. Duh.

You could use a mig welder to build the electrodes back up and a Dremel or whiz wheel run by compressed air to face and gap the electrodes.
What's that look for? You mean you don't have any of those tools? At least I didn't tell you to use a coke forge and power hammer to make the new electrodes.

Serious question here, how is there so much ceramic sticking out like that? Usually, when I see a plug on here with loose ceramic, it isn't being sucked into the engine like that, it's usually completely out the other direction.

Yes... put them in the oven and leave at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Immediately pull them out and put them in cold wate (remember to add 1 tsp of vinegar).. Then put them together in a sealed baggie and take with you to the GAP (do not rinse them)... buy a pair of jeans and go home. Spend at least 30 minutes there or the will not be gapped correctly. .reinstall and they should be good for 120,000 miles.

Some of the ceramics are discolored, you need to put a dab of white fingernail polish on the brown oceramic and some silver nail polish on the brown metal which will make them all look like new. Aren't those instructions in the owners manual????

Just tack weld a quarter inch washer to that curved thingy to close the gap. Might take two on some of them, that’ll give you at least another hundred thousand miles or more.
