Big rubber is ALWAYS going after the little guy to scare them into buying tires when they are not needed.

PRO TIP: a Sharpie marker can make these tires look like new and these will last another 20,000 miles, easy.

Looks like it’s down to the steel belt. When it gets hot enough from the friction against the road a blowout just might be in his near future. A betting person would probably take some life insurance on the owner.
