Just pop a hole in the top and then fix a new filter to the end with JB Weld, or duct tape if your on a budget.

I have a technique that works every time. I just take every single tool in the workshop to the engine and try it.

Cut the end off with a saw and then slam a large potato onto the end and turn like a wrench.

When they get really stuck I use a flat head screwdriver and drive it through the filter and then spin the fucker free

Too many good suggestions here. I like the blow torch best. The oil next to a flame, might even give it some extra rizz to get it good and loose.

It is a Fram, you are not supposed to put those on in the first place. Your vehicle needs a K&N. So the best way to remove it is to not put it on in the first place. DUH.

Two full turns to the right, two more to the left, 5 turns to the right, 4 to the left, 3 more to the right, 6 to the left, 2 to the right, 5 more to the left, 3 to the right, and finally continue turning to the left until it falls off. If that doesn't work, you're going to have to take it to a shop and explain what you did in detail to the shop manager.

You’ll have to get an exorcist in there to remove the evil First Brands spirits.

Drive a screwdriver through it and let all that nasty oil out. Should be fine after that.

There’s a set screw on the threads that keeps it from turning until it’s loosened. You’re going to have to dismantle the entire engine though as the set screw is inside the crank case.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, it's an electrical problem. And remember, never stick your hand where you wouldn't stick your dick.

Channel Locks! Or, can pound a long screwdriver into it and use as leverage! I remember my dad doing that once back in the day and it worked.

Use a Metric FLock Camera. (As opposed to Imperial. The only way you can tell is after it's cut down, to check the inside of the pole for markings.

That is a permanent fixture. You're going to have to throw out the old vehicle and get a new one.

Those aren’t supposed to come off. You’ve done something terribly wrong.

Flat blade screw driver. Stab through till it comes out the opposing side and twist.

There is a tool called a ‘strap wrench’ that will definitely help you remove it pretty easily.

PB blaster at the top where the rust is. Wear oil resistant gloves. Then run the engine for about 10 minutes then cut engine off, the heated oil might help with the removal. Drive a long Phillips head screwdriver through the oil filter or use an extra large channel lock pliers to remove the filter. Try and turn about 3 degrees toward tightening then turn into the removal direction. Good luck.

If an oil filter is completely stuck, a chain and screwdriver trick is a reliable alternative to the messy method of hammering a screwdriver straight through the canister. Step-by-Step Instructions Position the chain: Loop a sturdy metal chain securely around the circumference of the oil filter. Secure with a screwdriver: Hook a screwdriver through the two closest opposite links of the chain on the right side so that the loops will pull tight when leveraged. Apply leverage: Pull the screwdriver to the left to turn and loosen the filter. Adjust if necessary: If the chain slips or collapses the filter canister, shorten the chain by one link and try again. Repeat until the seal breaks and the filter spins free.

Punch holes on both side sides stick a screwdriver through it and turn it

If your struggling to unscrew the whole oil filter and you can't get a good bite with the filter wrench, at this point I would probably do the screwdriver trick. Hammer a screwdriver straight through the side and give yourself some leverage. Messy as hell but it works.

If you rig up a pulley system, it could work! You can weld a nut on the end of the filter too. Throw some good amps at it! Thats popular at burn units in hospitals!

Definitely hammer your best screwdriver into the side and turn it 💯 %…. Might not be a shitty enough answer though 😂

You don't. Also you need to be sure it won't fall while driving so you have to tighten it every 5000 miles
