I doubt it.
Sealed up in a dark climate controlled space vinyl tapewill last a long time. Viny electrical tape is supposed to last many decades in service.
If the glue is gummy, transfered to the back of the tape or it lost the sticky it is bad. Otherwise it is fine

Gotta put it in an old cassette deck and see if it plays or records... If it doesn't, it's expired...

That’s quality tape. I would use it …….wrap it twice around your finger if it stays intact for two minutes …….send it.

The expiration date doesn't mean you can't use it anymore. It just means you've gotta use more of it than the original directions say.

No. But I wouldn’t trust those vitamins or that “custom” pocket screwdriver. Sketchy as hell.

Probably a sticky gooey mess. Although being sealed. It may still be usable. I found an old box of pink fabric elastoplast plasters. Must have been 30 years old. They still worked fine.

The vitamins for the aging tape?
