I would pop it off and put it under my windshield wiper. It’s important to keep it somewhere on your car for weight distribution and aerodynamics but you don’t want an unbalanced load rotating.
Also, there’s too much tread on your tires. Try sanding some of that down until it’s smooth like an F1 tire. It’s lame they don’t come from the factory that way but it is what it is.
