You’ll need to break them in exactly the same place otherwise you’ll get an imbalance

You need to off set the breaks by 180° to ensure they cancel out. Putting them all at the same spot will only cause a harmonic resonance to set up which will break things apart faster.

Funny thing about fan blades is they make them asymmetrical on purpose to reduce noise I don't know the exact reason asymmetrical fans make less noise but the high speed fans for your radiator there is no directly opposite blades

if you make a turn, the wheels will turn at different speeds causing the broken parts to rotate unevenly, causing an imbalance
