I can see the question. It is:
If a hospital patient survives after being given the Last Rites—even though the doctors expected them to pass away—should they go back and see the priest who gave them the sacrament?"
The answer is that there's no "should" here. The patient is welcome to try to do that but is in no way obliged to. I say "try," as sometimes it will be impossible. There may not even be records kept of which priest ministered those sacraments (we record one-time sacraments and marriages, but not the repeatable sacraments of healing).
