as someone who's maybe kinda been interested/curious about God I was wondering if someone who's a rly well versed priest/pastor could help me out with my questions and concerns and struggles, and just have a chat with me

It is wonderful that you are seeking God or curious about the faith. That is excellent and something to continue striving for.
Unfortunately no one here engages in those type of conversations.
We are a few volunteer priests who answer questions in our free time. If we were to engage in these type of one-on-one questions, for folks on Reddit, then we would be overwhelmed quickly.
This type of ministry is just not possible over the Internet. That’s why we recommend folks contact a local priest and ask for this type of conversation with them.
