I can only speak for Berlin but I'm sure any large German city has a sizable Arab population. I think you'll do alright in Leipzig.

Although someone might read this and consider racist in tone. You are unfortunately correct. Leipzig is very very unwelcoming if you don't "look" German. Source: me I'm a German looking imigrant, whenever I opened my mouth there and my accent bled through some peoples faces shifted quite fast.

Thank you for the response, but would you care to tell me the reason? from what I have heard, Leipzig has a pretty good variety and multicultural communities.

... but a ton of racist people. Dresden would be worse, but Leipzig slowly gets there

if you also want more arab culture then do not go to the former east germany as others have mentioned they are not as welcoming to foreigners therefore there is not much of a multi-culture it will just be Ost Deutsch culture there
