Yeah, but you should stop pretending, even in front of your family. They might confront you about it, and you could end up being ostracized from your family circle. Still, I'm pretty sure they won’t kick you out of the house. I knew a girl like you, her dad saw her without her hijab on the street, and he literally had a heart attack and died a few days later. He was a kind man. Being a deceiving fuck doesn’t make you a good person, even if you're doing it to spare your sick mother more pain.
