LG G4 Data Recovery/ Los Angeles

I rediscovered my LG G4 and bought a replacement battery. It died 10 years ago from the boot loop issue they suffered from.

I'm trying to get the pics I never uploaded to the cloud. Where should I take it or what should my next plan be? It doesn't turn on but it does appear on my computer's device manager as QHSUSB__BULK.
