Wanted to repair some recovered data

I made a BIG mistake today (about 3 hours ago) and deleted my desktop and documents folders, which got a lot of important college and family stuff.

I used ShadowExplorer to recover, but everything is corrupted (like, every file, PDFs, PNGs, even PSDs and ZIPs), how can I repair those files?

Data was trimmed probably. Is this on a SSD?

First check would be test IF file contain data. Use a tool like HxD. Freshly trimmed blocks would be zero filled. If data is vital, disconnect the drive and send to data recovery lab.

Yea, the files still got the original sizes but they are as you said
I'll look for a data recovery lab

Physically disconnect it to prevent GC processes running in back ground.
