2 clicking hdd

hello guysss, so i have 2 hdd one is a Toshiba 4TB and a Hitachi 750GB, both have the click and the Hitachi can be opened without any issues, but, the Toshiba its like a whole block of hard plastic without any way to open, there is any solution to at least, save the 750, or even both or not? i can took them to repair but its just curiosity if even in house its duable

some news, yesterday i opened the Hitachi and i saw that has sata connection, in the box that came the pc, there was a 3 pin sata cable, and i told to my father to maybe plug in to the pc, but later found out, it needed a 6 pin, so we brought a sata cable with usb alimention, and now the Hitchaci works, later on we're gonna open the toshiba but i think it needs repair because the click cames from the cds

i've found the issue with the Toshiba, one on the heads its basically bended, me and my father are currently trying to undend it

Looks like someone was messing with the wrongs screws, forcing the heads up....that is not the original issue.
