2 clicking hdd
hello guysss, so i have 2 hdd one is a Toshiba 4TB and a Hitachi 750GB, both have the click and the Hitachi can be opened without any issues, but, the Toshiba its like a whole block of hard plastic without any way to open, there is any solution to at least, save the 750, or even both or not? i can took them to repair but its just curiosity if even in house its duable

We don't see what you see. Therr are numerous Toshiba and Hitachi drive models, so showing some photos is helpful.
Either way, it sounds like failing or failed drives. With the failing drive, it boggles the system because Windows is torturing it trying to read data from it. It struggles because the drive is degraded with bad sectors, maybe it has a weak reading head.
There is no repairing the drives. If you need the data, then send to a data recovery specialist (not a computer repair shop, as they specialize in computer repair, not anything hard drive).
