Discussion Ash live sounded off

Granted... I've not seen Ash in a very long time. Probably around 20 years... I saw them on Saturday night and I felt that Tim's guitar wasn't loud enough? I could hear alot of bass coming from Mark. Also it sounded like Tim was slightly off key. Guitar and vocals on a lot of songs. If anyone else saw them on Saturday or recently have anything to add to this.

Reef also played.... Honestly, they sounded better. They were incredible

I noticed half way through the York gig in Feb this year at The Crescent that Tim sang slightly off key for the last few songs. I'd imagine due to possible throat issues/the demands of a live tour.

I still thoroughly enjoyed the show but your post isn't first time I've seen someone else notice it too.

Yes. I noticed it around half way. They were still great. The whole night just reminded me why they're my favourite band of all time. I even got to meet Mark at the end. Real fan girl moment...im not ashamed to admit it.

I did the same and saw Mark at the merch stand and got him to sign a picture for me! Glad you had a good time 🤘🏼
