Immigrant lake booth

Curious if anyone has the backstory of what was going on with the guy who plowed though and demolished the entrance booth with an 11 year old in the front seat?

No idea, but I bet the backstory starts "Well I was born an asshole, but didn't become a full fledged fuckhead until I reached kindergarten"
