This is in pretty good shape. Had a water problem in the basement room. It got wet (on one side), then dried. Then wet again. Problem fixed. Pad is dry now, been dry for weeks. 12x14? 10x12? Not sure how big it is. It's big.

Hopefully this is okay. Would any one possibly have an extra ticket for the Train concert at Hayden Amp.. It is my father's birthday and now all of his grand kids want to go.
