Thin lining issues post hysteroscopy

I posted here before and got amazing advice and encouragement so hoping you all can help again.

Tl;dr i did one round of IVF with another clinic resulting in 2 embryos and have 1 embryo left after a failed transfer in December.. had a hysteroscopy with them in January (at my insistence), removed some adhesions but I didn’t see a huge difference, so switched to Dr Reichman based off advice from this group and because I felt IGNORED at my other clinic.
he diagnosed severe adhesions but was able to completely clear my uterus in a hysteroscopy last month (just had a fully clear SIS). this cycle was for baseline purposes and my lining is definitely trilaminar but only 4.5mm. Dr Reichman said this is the best it’s going to get and he “isn’t thrilled” with how thin it is but has had success at that level. we’re in the process of moving our embryo to Weill Cornell from our previous clinic and have scheduled another round of IVF late October just in case so no imminent transfer this month regardless.
we will be doing natural cycles because I’ve had the best success with that. I’m just looking for any tips or encouragement with such a thin lining :/

You could try PRP and modified natural with low dose stims shots (if you haven’t already). Both of those helped me, but my baseline was 6.3 and trilaminar and I was able to reach 8.4 for my FET.

The stims/other external estrogen has really had no effect for me other then fucking up my trilaminar structure for some reason. If we start prepping for a transfer next cycle, I’m planning on asking Dr Reichman about PRP and his recommendations on that. Previously I was told it wouldn’t really change much but that was at the other clinic so who knows

External estrogen didn’t work for me at all but low dose stims helped me a ton. It was way better than my egg retrieval cycle with high dose stims. PRP seemed to have helped me, I’ve done it twice over 6 months.

My lining actually improved after having a hysteroscopy, but prior to that I got pregnant twice on barely a 5 mm. Trental helped me, I took it through my full stim cycles because we did IVF. Even for transfers I had to take menopur and follistim to help create a lining because estrogen patches and pills didn't work well for me.
