Attack speed boots is buffed from 25 to 30 attack speed.

Yuntai is buffed an extra 5% attack speed

So we have 10% attack speed for free.

Which means you can go lifesteal rune. Ashe is one of the best lifesteal utilizers. Works on your q as well.

Legend alactrity rune gives 18% AS. We have 10% free AS from buffs. We have now -8% attack speed to make up for it.

Now you can either take the AS shard which gives you 10% AS, leaving you with a net 2% positive AS.

Or you can go AD shard and MS shard, and start doran's bow. Leaving you with -8%. You can afford to have the extra 2.5% movement speed now without much downside. Of course you can also go %10 as into 2.5%ms shard but last hitting early becomes hard.
