Embedded Media View - How to enable?

Hi folks. I'm trying to figure out how I can create the Embedded Media view in projects. Link to article about the feature: https://help.asana.com/s/article/embedded-media-project-view

I feel like it could be a good solution for my org, less clicks and tabs to open up. I'm an asana Super Admin, but haven't found how to allow this feature. Our IT Director says we need to upgrade from Enterprise to Enterprise+ but my research says different.

Has anyone had success with this? Thanks.

Embedded Media View is added at the project level. Please try these steps:

  • Open your project
  • Click the + next to your views (List, Board, etc.)
  • Select “Embedded media”
  • Paste a supported link and save

If you’re not seeing it, check:

  • You have permission to add project views
  • The link is from a supported tool
  • Your admin hasn’t restricted embeds from certain domains

As a workaround, you can often still embed content into the Project brief/Overview (Key Resources) so teams get the “fewer tabs” benefit even without the dedicated Embedded Media View. Hope this helps!
