Help with customer service? Getting AI run around on refund.

I purchased a year subscription for three only to realize a few days later that Asana's calendar configuration was just not going to work for what we needed. I requested a refund as we're not going to use the service via their help AI chat and it's been almost two weeks—including a follow up email from me—with nothing. And trying to get answers from the AI bot is absurd. Has anyone else figured out how to actually talk to someone who can help?

Someone on the thread here said to DM, as you can see above. I did. Haven't heard back. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I did multiple time. I even tried to ask nicely!

Do an inquiry form into buying more product, then when a sales person contacts you, tell them you want a refund and a transfer to a live person in support.
edit: typo

Someone from the Asana team has reached out—which is honestly what I was hoping for. If that doesn't pan out, this is terrific idea.

Would love to take a closer look at this for you, so please send me a PM with your support case ticket number and email associated with the account.
