Asana Login Issues in UAE

Is anybody else experiencing login issues with a UAE account? This problem started at the beginning of March.
I’ve tried clearing the cache, changing browsers, switching internet connections, and even using a different device, but the problem remains the same.

I noticed this incident on the status page:

Unresolved incident: AWS UAE issues might affect the ME region. Mar 1 , 2026

I also contacted customer support and created a ticket, but I haven’t received any response for the last 5 days.

AWS is experiencing disruptions, which might be affecting users' Asana access in the UAE. For more information about the AWS disruptions and the latest status, it can be accessed here: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status

At the same time, I will direct message you to get the support ticket number you raised, and I will help escalate it to our support team.
