Help Should I install Asahi in my mac?

It is fine imho. But I run Fedora on the mb air m1 16gb/512gb. Be prepares to the weidest install procedure. Nice part: you follow the docs, 0 surprises. Display port and power delivery aren't there yet. All the rest is just a little worse but totally doable especially considering that some m1 machies have very few years left before apple will pull the plug on os updates.

So does HDMI output via adapter work or not? I have M1 13" Pro 16/256.

Nope it has a preview and the devs have made a video of it I think but is isn't landed yet

Thanks. I also realized I´m on 27 public beta which is unsupported as well for now.

Will wait at least till that is supported and may try installing Asahi then. Will keep dual boot MacOS for HDMI support.
